Return Policy
Apex Med Supply wants customers to feel confident when purchasing medical supplies and home care products. Because many medical supply items are personal-use products, return eligibility may vary by item type and condition.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted only if the item is unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and returned within the approved return period.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, certain items may not be returnable once opened or used. This may include, but is not limited to, incontinence products, personal care items, bathroom safety products, braces, supports, cushions, and other hygiene-related or personal-use medical supplies.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact Apex Med Supply as soon as possible with your order information and photos of the item and packaging.
Special Orders
Special-order items, custom items, opened items, and used products may not be eligible for return.
Return Approval
All returns must be approved by Apex Med Supply before being sent back. Please contact us before returning any item.
